Jan was once again great. This last purchase was my fourth real estate deal working with Jan, and by far the most difficult because of employment changes and other issues. Jan hung with us and we finally found the home we wanted. Always an excellent experience!
The tenant is responsible for paying all the utilities (electric, gas, water & trash pick-up) on a home. If the rental property is an apartment or a duplex, the landlord may pay the water utility.
